How you will become successful in this role In this role, you will be part of AcuRite and you will be involved in a variety of customer support functions including Live Chat support, Email support, handling customer questions of a technical nature and explaining set-up instructions.

In this role you will maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
The position is based in our consumer contact center that operates 7am-5pm Monday through Friday, and weekends during peak season (Nov - Feb).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
