manage staff, setup schedules, contact (vendors, clients and customers), setup on call services, assist with various projects as assigned, etc.
Oversee day to day management of assigned communities; Provide project updates, and vendor recommendations to the administration team; Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to ensure excellence; Monitor and enforce contract terms, start dates, completion of project etc from staff and vendors; Handle emergency pages as needed; Be a team player and jump as needed.
