Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Manager/Infection Control Nurse is responsible for overall supervision and coordination of the clinical unit, growth of facility and community resources, provides, comprehensive standards, practices and programs that meet the needs and best interests of the facility, staff and residents, QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin (which must be in good standing) 2.
At least two years experience in LTC plus sufficient infection control knowledge responsibilities 3.
Excellent communication and organizational skills 4.
Strong desire to work with the elderly 5.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
6.
Previous experience in long term care.
7.
Possess skills in leadership and communication 8.
CPR certified.
