The deck does work and sounds great. The rec/play head does have some wear ("finger nail test") but still sounds good. The speed was corrected. When recording the left channel was maxing out but seems to fix it's self, dirty relay? Did spray the pots with Deoxit. The issue with it is when playing a tape I have to move the cassette shell to the right (door off). Otherwise the right channel sounds lower and dull but sliding the tape over to the right fixes it. Had the TC-K65 and it did the same thing, maybe a common issue with this transport? Tried adjusting the back tension but it didn't help. The deck is in very good shape for it's age. No manual or cables Sold as is due to it's age and the issue.
